Modified from Red River Roundup, 2008 cookbook
1 1/2 LB broccoli broken in pieces
1/2 c raisins
5 green onions, chopped
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 c slivered almonds or pecans
Dressing:
1 to 1/2 c mayonnaise
dash of pure Stevia <1/16 tsp
1/4 c cider vinegar
Let dressing chill overnight. Two hours before serving mix all ingredients together.
Variation:
Add 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese and substitute 1/2 c purple onion, omit rasins. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip to make 1 c.
